How to care for outdoor furniture fabric? Read about the care of 100% Olefin outdoor fabric.

The outdoor season is just around the corner! To make your patio not only comfortable but also aesthetically pleasing, it is important to take proper care of your furniture.

If your furniture is made of 100% Olefin fabric - congratulations, it is one of the best choices for the outdoors. It is extremely resistant to moisture and sun, but, like any quality item, it requires a little love.

Here are the basic rules that will help you keep your outdoor fabric looking like new.

1. Start with simplicity

Olefin fiber is grateful for the fact that dirt does not absorb deeply into it. If you notice a stain, do not rush to pull the washing machine:

 * First, wipe off the dirt with a damp microfiber cloth.

  * If the stain is more difficult to remove, use our specialized upholstery fabric and textile cleaner. Often this is enough to make the furniture shine clean again.

2. Washing: the most important rule – no heat!

If you have decided that it is time for a “general cleaning” and want to wash the entire cover, it is very easy to do – just unzip it. But remember: Olefin fabric’s biggest enemy is heat.

Strictly follow these instructions:

 * Temperature: wash at a temperature not higher than 30°C.

  * Spin: set the lowest possible speed. This will help prevent the fabric from creasing.

  * Prohibited: No bleaching and no strong chemical cleaners.

3. Drying and ironing

Forget about dryers and irons. Any treatment above 30°C can be fatal for olefin fabric.

* Drying: Let the covers dry naturally. The good news is that this fabric dries very quickly.

* Ironing: It is simply not necessary and should not be done. A hot iron can damage the fiber structure.

* Important: Only put the covers on the foam when they are completely dry.

> 30°C | No bleach | No dryer | No ironing
