Do you want maximum protection for your outdoor furniture? If your terrace is without a roof, we recommend using outdoor furniture covers.
Not all outdoor furniture covers on the market are created equal. Their quality and other added features vary greatly.
The covers we sew are distinguished by:
- design - they are individually sewn according to the dimensions of each piece of furniture - so they are sleek, if possible with a slope. Especially if the furniture is stored under windows, and you want aesthetics, not bulk.
- fabric quality - covers are sewn from the highest quality fabric, coated with PVC. Water resistant and has UV protection.
- functionality - not only does it provide maximum protection, but during the off-season, you can cover only the required amount of furniture to sit on it, and there is no need to move the furniture to cover it with one common cover.
Additional features :
- has ventilation holes;
- has fastening elements.
Perfect for protecting against precipitation, UV rays, dirt, animals, pollen or leaving furniture outdoors for the winter.
How to Properly Use Furniture Covers?
To ensure your furniture lasts for years and the wood remains beautiful, please follow these essential maintenance guidelines:
Air Circulation is Key
Although the cover features ventilation openings, they cannot entirely prevent natural condensation during sudden temperature fluctuations (e.g., rapid warming after a cold spell).
Wood that remains soaked in constant moisture due to condensation, without the ability to evaporate, may begin to delaminate or flake.
Let the Furniture "Breathe"
During long-term storage (winter or rainy autumn), we recommend removing the cover on a dry day at least once a month to allow the furniture to air out completely. This prevents mold growth and wood delamination.
As an additional ventilation measure, you can use spacers (such as wooden blocks) to lift the cover off the table surface. This avoids direct contact and significantly increases air circulation.
Avoid "Water Pockets"
Ensure the cover is tensioned properly so that standing water does not accumulate on top. These "puddles" increase moisture concentration under the cover and promote further condensation.
Distance from the Ground
We recommend that the bottom of the cover does not touch the ground. This creates a "chimney effect," where fresh air enters from below and escapes through the ventilation vents at the top.
Storage of upholstered parts.
Due to the possible formation of condensation, we recommend storing upholstered parts of outdoor furniture in a dry room during the off-season. Otherwise, the formation of condensation can contribute to the appearance of mold. It is recommended to store clean parts, as any dirt, pollen can be a nutrient for mold.
DISCLAIMER / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
This cover is a protective barrier against direct precipitation, dust, and UV rays. The manufacturer assumes no liability for furniture surface damage (such as mold, wood delamination, etc.) resulting from improper ventilation or condensation trapped under the cover. Final maintenance of the furniture's condition and periodic inspections are the sole responsibility of the user.
You can find all our offered furniture covers in the cover categories by selecting the furniture collection you are interested in.
